How Adtivity collects, uses, shares and protects personal information across adtivity.xyz, your Adtivity account, our products, and The Trampoline community.

Adtivity Enterprise · Lagos, Nigeria · Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Introduction

Adtivity Enterprise ("Adtivity", "we", "us", "our") provides the Growth Layer for Founders, an analytics and growth platform that helps founders understand and grow their products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit adtivity.xyz, create an Adtivity account, use our products and services, or take part in The Trampoline community. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria, and this policy is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (the "NDPA") and, where it applies to people in those regions, the European Union and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR").

2. Who we are

The organisation responsible for your personal information is Adtivity Enterprise, of 17 Igbobi College Road, Shomolu, Lagos, Nigeria. If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your information, you can contact our compliance lead at adtivityai@gmail.com.

3. The scope of this policy and our two roles

Adtivity handles personal information in two different roles, and it matters which one applies to you.

When you visit our website, create an Adtivity account, or take part in The Trampoline, we decide how and why your information is used, and we are the data controller. This Privacy Policy governs that.

Separately, when a founder uses Adtivity to analyse their own product, our software processes data about that founder's end users on the founder's behalf. For that end-user data, the founder is the controller and Adtivity is only the processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, not by this policy. If you are an end user of a product that uses Adtivity, please refer to that product's own privacy policy.

4. Information we collect

As a controller, we collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account and profile data: your name, email address, password (which we store only as a secured bcrypt hash, never in readable form), and your workspace and team details.
  • Billing and subscription data: your plan, subscription status and billing records. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; Adtivity never receives or stores full card numbers.
  • Product and website usage: information about how you use the Adtivity dashboard, and aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about visits to adtivity.xyz.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and feature requests you submit through the product.
  • The Trampoline: if you join our community, your Discord profile, any tier information you choose to share, and the messages you post in community channels. Discord operates that platform under its own privacy policy.
  • End-user data we process for customers: as described in section 3, this is handled under our Data Processing Agreement and not under this policy.

5. How we use information, and our legal bases

We use personal information to provide and operate Adtivity and The Trampoline, to take payment, to communicate with you and provide support, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse, to improve our products, and to meet our legal obligations. Depending on the activity, our lawful basis is one or more of: the performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the service; your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with a legal obligation.

6. EI and artificial intelligence

EI, our AI assistant, helps founders understand their data in plain language. To generate insights, the relevant data is sent to our AI providers, OpenAI and Anthropic, through their application programming interfaces. These providers process that data only to return a result to us and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. Adtivity does not use customer or end-user data to train any AI model of its own. Both OpenAI and Anthropic are listed as sub-processors on the page referenced in section 7.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers (our "sub-processors") who help us run Adtivity, for hosting, email delivery, payments, AI processing and community, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. Each is required by contract to protect the information appropriately. Our current sub-processors are listed at adtivity.xyz/sub-processors. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Adtivity, our users or others.

8. Web3 and on-chain data

Adtivity includes a legacy Web3 Analytics capability, scoped to the Web3 area of the product. Where this capability is active, it collects publicly available blockchain information, namely public wallet identifiers and the associated on-chain activity, and may cache that ledger data briefly to produce analytics. This information is drawn from public blockchains rather than provided by you directly. If you do not use the Web3 area of the product, this capability does not process information about you.

9. International data transfers

Adtivity operates from Nigeria, and several of our service providers are located in the United States. This means your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own. Where we transfer the personal information of people in the EU, UK or other regions that restrict transfers, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional protective measures where they are needed.

10. How long we keep information

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. Analytics and event data are kept on a tiered schedule: 30 days on the Free plan, 12 months on Builder and 24 months on Pro, after which they are deleted or anonymised. When you delete data or close your account, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days and from our backups within 90 days. You can delete your data at any time using the tools inside the product, and you can request a copy of your data by contacting us.

11. How we protect information

We protect personal information with industry-standard measures. These include encryption of data in transit using TLS and encryption of data at rest, hashing of account passwords with bcrypt, encryption of stored payment-provider keys, two-factor authentication on the systems that hold production data, access to production systems restricted to authorised personnel, audit logging of access to customer data, and regular backups. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and to strengthen our controls.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information, including the rights to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain uses of it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can exercise many of these directly through the deletion and export tools inside the product, or by contacting us at adtivityai@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in Nigeria and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are in the EU or UK, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

13. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These are explained in our Cookie Policy, which should be read together with this policy.

14. Children's privacy

Adtivity is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and the law evolve. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice through the product or by email.
